Noreen Taggart is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 30 years of experience providing services in diverse settings, including shelters, hospitals, residential programs, and outpatient settings. Noreen received her MSW from Temple University. Noreen has extensive experience working with individuals with trauma and PTSD and victims of rape, incest, childhood sexual abuse, and domestic violence. Noreen individualizes her treatment for children, adolescents, and adults and uses a non-judgmental approach that helps individuals feel at ease. Noreen provides patients with the tools that can help them alleviate their suffering and manage their feelings more effectively.
